Merchandise Selling Terms
Selling your merchandise is as easy as 1-2-3! Here's how it works:

Step 1:  Customers place orders for your merchandise via our Bank of America online merchant account services.
Step 2:  Our system will notify you VIA EMAIL about each purchase and you immediately ship their merchandise.
Step 3:  Bandtastic pays you for this month's purchases after the 1st business day of next month.

That's it!  Bandtastic simply takes the orders for you via an online credit card purchase.

Okay, now some basic rules you'll need to agree to:

Service Charges
We currently charge a 10% service charge fee to the total amount of the order (this includes the price plus any shipping charges). You can 1) subtract this out of the your total sales, OR 2) you can allocate the cost back to the consumer by increasing the product cost by 10%. For example, if your CD is $10.00, you can simply sell it for $11.00 to have the consumer pay the service charge. Or, you can simply sell the merchandise at your normal charge and we will automatically deduct 10% from the total charge amount.

Your Shipping Responsibilities
Now this is something that we'll need to take very seriously so that the consumer will continue to purchase your merchandise via Bandtastic! Our system will IMMEDIATELY email you after each order has been placed by the customer. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SHIP THEIR ORDERED MERCHANDISE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE NOTIFICATION! If a customer files a complaint about their merchandise not arriving within a reasonable amount of time, YOU WILL BANNED FROM SELLING MERCHANDISE ON BANDTASTIC! In today's skeptical internet world, it is important that our customers feel comfortable making online purchases. You taking the responsibly of shipping the merchandise on time will insure that we continue to provide a good service for our customers and members.

Your Merchandise
All that we ask is that you sell items that pertain to your band or venue. Items such as T-shirts, sweat shirts, CDs, stickers, koozies, musical equipment, gift certificates, etc., are examples of such items. For obvious reasons, we cannot have you selling "inappropriate" merchandise such as your old furniture or pornographic items. All merchandise entries will be audited at all times.
