Your information will remain PRIVATE and WILL NOT be sold or shared.

You have the OPTION to select that your musician profile, band, or venue profile be displayed to the public.  For obvious reasons, this publically displayed information cannot be protected from remaining private.  Read below for more details about these OPTIONAL profiles.

What Bandtastic will use your information for:

• Contacting you about updates to our Bandtastic website
• Contacting you if there was an error or problem with your information
• Very rarely contacting you about just the "out-of-this-world" products/discounts that we come across or are offered
• Requesting feedback from our users regarding this website

Musicians
You may ELECT to sign up as a musician so that others may find you.  Your street address, and zip code will not be displayed to the public, but we will display your name, phone numbers and email address to the public so they may contact you.  To see an example, search for a musician.

Bands
You may ELECT to display your band's information to the public.  Information in your Band Profile will be displayed to the public for the purpose of the public reviewing details about your band and for them to contact you.  Bandtastic is an information management application and contains many functions for storing a variety of your information.  All private data such as your email distribution list, your private calendar notes, your contract information, your contact list, your setlists, selected songs, and your expense/income entries will WILL NOT be displayed to the public and WILL NOT be shared. To see an example of publically displayed information, search for a band under the Bands link.

Venues
You may ELECT to display your venue information to the public.  Information in your Venue Profile will be displayed to the public for the purpose of the public reviewing details about your venue and for them to contact you.  Bandtastic is an information management application and contains many functions for storing a variety of your information.  All private data such as your email distribution list, your private calendar notes, your contract information, and your contact list WILL NOT be displayed to the public and WILL NOT be shared. To see an example of publically displayed information, search for a venue under the Venues link.

Cancellation
The standard user information entered when you join, is not displayed or available to the public, and cannot be deleted.  This information record is the foundation for you to be able to use all additional services such as classified ads, band services, venue services, and business listings.  You can cancel your listing in any of the above services at any time by using the same forms used to sign up.
