Subscription Based Services
Bandtastic.com charges a monthly fee for its band management online services, venue management online services, and business listings. These fees are charged to your credit card automatically each month and are typically non-refundable except for negotiated circumstances.

Your credit card will be automatically charged monthly on the same start day-of-month that you had originally made the payment. You will receive an email reminder three days prior to your monthly charge date. Bandtastic.com will not be liable for any fees incurred against your credit cards due to your account getting NSF (Non-sufficient Funds) Fees due to our automatic monthly charge. It is your responsibility to make sure that your provided credit card has enough funds to cover our charge, as well as other charges that may be tied to your card.

Bandtastic.com will automatically discontinue your charges upon the cancellation of your band, venue, or business listing. This cancellation can be done via the website functions, or directly by emailing webmaster@bandtastic.com.

E-Ticket Sales
Promotors, owners, and event coordinators can sell online tickets to their events via Bandtastic.com. Bandtastic.com is not liable for any portion of the event, or for any customer satisfaction or completion of the actual event. Bandtastic.com is simply a purchasing channel for events to sell tickets online. All refunds will need to be directed to the event contact person as listed on each event profile. Charges will appear as being from Bandtastic.com on your credit card statement.

Merchandise Sales
Bandtastic.com allows bands and venues to sell merchandise via their Bandtastic.com profile. Bandtastic.com does not stock or ship any items, as these two functions are exclusively controlled by the selling entity. Bandtastic.com does not guarantee any of the products sold via our site, and all refund requests will need to be directed through the band or venue who was listing the merchandise.
